Summary: This is a recurring issue that affected not just me, but other guild mates — as well as others across different guilds and even different servers.
During recent Secret Room runs, several people were disconnected within seconds of the run starting and were unable to log back into their characters until the run was completely over. This only happened to the characters inside Secret Room, other characters and alts logged in during the same time were unaffected.
Given the competitive and time-sensitive nature of Secret Room — where every player and every second matters — this is a significant issue that undermines the fairness of the run. I hope this can be looked into and addressed as soon as possible, as it's not an isolated incident.

Expected Result: To run Secret Room normally without disconnections
Actual Result: Got continuously disconnected and couldn’t log back in until it ended
