Summary: I leveled up but instantly lost my Stat and Skill points, first the icons disappeared, I checked the Stat and skill menu, and the points weren't there.
Character: Level 29 Assist
Position: Saint City near the Event decorations
Expected result: The points should have stayed and I should've been able to spend them in menu.
Lvl up Stat points and Skill points disappeared after leveling up.

Can you add a screenshot? You can actually see the stats which were added already. I never heard of sth like that

Maybe you leveled up, used the stat and skill points, died after that leveled down and level up at a later point. The points you already used when leveling up the first time can not be changed. Your distribution of these points will stay.
