My suggestion would be a way to toggle all the private vendors on and off but not hide the other active players. This would make it easier for new players to find npcs and quests and shops they need for general things like arrows as well as be able to find other active players or friends who are trying to guide or teach them about the game.

Hidding all players hides shops but also all other active players which for a new player is hard to make or find new friends. Navigating through all the player vendors is an easy way to get lost as well as loose interest since you have no idea how to follow the quest npc directions

How often someone shout buff me pls and then i can't fin him because 1000 shops are in my face
For that issue I blame the players for not giving a precise location, saying "Buff me near Pang", "near bank", etc. isn't much more work than just asking for a buff.
If you want me to get out of my way to buff you, don't expect me to play where is waldo on top of that, or to go into my settings to turn off shops just to find you. Just be clear
True. unfortunately most people don't think that far 💀
don't forget the people that will actually shout for buffs, never stand still, dodging any attempt to target them for buffing, then decide there's no RM at tower and run off to who knows where while I'm staying near tower because daily reset is in less than 5 minutes
