#B cages don't drop pets for me anymore?

According to the documentation, there is a 15% chance to get a B pet from Envy (normal) B cage. However I stopped dropping these for a very long time, I probably did around 50 runs without dropping a B pet. Is this just bad luck? Can anybody confirm to be these still drop?
