Remove Attack Speed On Coral Weapons.... There is no purpose for that stat line? Maaybe add like Block Pent or something....

what? crit chance on coral bow is great for pvp, you can stat more STA and don't have to worry about low crit chance
more block pen? maybe rangers should just shoot psykeeper bombs at that point if nothing is getting blocked
