What do folks think to have Stone Hand trigger chance to increase by .5% per 25 int and topping out at 6%? In total the stonehand stun chance at max will be at 18% if running at a full int. This would benefit RM and also int AoE BP.

Why buff only for INT AoE BP, add a STR scaling as well so all BP are happy.
No idea if the buff is needed though, I don't really play characters that rely on Stonehand

Stone hand is technically a buff. I don't think its a great idea to scale offensives buffs by any stats other than Int. The only thing I would consider on buffs are duration scaling by other stats but never something to make it stronger by any other stats than int.

It's a self buff. I don't think there are any self buffs in the game that benefit anything from stats other than duration. Also, 12% stun chance for 0.75s merk tick is good as is. Int bp doesn't have it much worse
