1. Add a timer indicator on people with with jungle fever similar to Jester's Blast. 2. Show a red circle anchored to the character's feet showing the range of the spread so others can know if they're in range of someone who's about to spread it. 3. Play a sound when you get Jungle Fever that only you can hear. Personal responsibility mechanics in other games are often very flashy and attention grabbing because of how much it affects others when you fail it.

Exactly my thoughts after running wilds, the timer can be worked around by communication between players, but the range is one big mistery. As a 1v1 knight I run more than I attack the boss, lol
