They don't know because when they look at the metrics they see "players" actively moving and hitting mobs/lvling. But in reality it's all bots. The actual active players are logged in and afk

Ah yes, we finally got to the point many people predicted - event is too long in time and not very rewarding, so less and less people care about it. I hope we go even further and they will have to killswitch those bosses, because otherwise it's just griefing for low levels trying to grind there xD

It's not a lack of active players, the first ones were killed really fast on most servers. The main problem is that the Iblis boss constantly kills everyone and that discourages players from getting off their board or even bother with the boss at all. They should very heavily nerf his damage next time. And maybe make the event a bit shorter as people are getting tired of it.
