#Atk-Pet don´t scale with +% Atk-increase

Atk-Pets give only additional dmg without consideration of +%Atk. On the other hand HP-Pets consider +%HP.

Please adjust the calculation of the bonus to the same considerations.

This was the same in pc flyff. I think it’s intended. Although in pc flyff it gave flat DoT dmg to skills, which it doesn’t do here
