i cant end a quest chain i think i deleted the quest items the problem is this quest will give me the last 3 inventory slots they are missing but cant get them now is the question how could this be fixed

Pick up the black/red gems from the spawn in flaris (bubble, near the peakyrind) and sm (near the giggle boxes) (not sure about the english names of these locations ^^). When you have them in your inventory, you will see a red question mark "?" On the map in d3, to continue.
