#New PvP Mode

Id like to suggest new pvp mode that players can actively queue up for a few times a day:

4v4 Queued Instance PvP - Players would face each other in a 4v4 match held at the old island arena. First team to knock out the other team twice wins.

-Players can queue up as a party of up to 4 or Solo Queue (In which you'd be matched up with people based on your own personal K/D Ratio, W/L Streak, Tier ranking/Level) All players must hit "Ready" to initiate teleportation to instance zone. Once players hit "Ready" no further actions can be made.

-RMs would get instant/priority queue for obvious reasons.

-queuing up as a party would not require players to be in the same guild but would require them to be in the same rank/level range.

To determine initial placement ranking - require each player to play 10 matches in a row before being placed in:

Bronze - 10 Gold Chips
Silver - 100 Gold Chips
Gold - 250 Gold Chips
Platinum - 500 Gold Chips
Diamond - 1000 Gold Chips

-Players would also get an additional 1-5 Gold Chips for each win

  • at the end of each patch cycle or month depending on what time frame works the best: players would then receive the above "Gold Chips" which can be used to acquire Soul linked premium items like, refresher hold/vitals/activation/eel/upcuts etc...

Gold Chips would be Soul-linked.

this suggestion is a work in progress but would love some feedback 😄 also this is my first time suggesting something so don't bite me :<

Ps: also would be completely okay with them not introducing a new variation of chip and just keeping it as green/blue/red chips.

I like the idea of a 4v4 game mode (or any smaller scale PvP with a queue system). I do think there should be a class limit of 1 of each class per team so we dont run into 3 Psys and an RM vs Melees or 3 Jesters, etc.

I'm also not a fan of adding more chip types. I like the idea overall though

I like this idea just similar to Party Duel but with ranking system and also with designated map for the duel
and yeah I agree with Saka regarding stop adding more chips and instead make it similar to Arena for the Cloak reward or maybe SL stated mask

Nice idea obviously inspired by Mobas. One thing you didn't think about is that introducing such a mode would require more balancing. There are way too many things that can be abused in a 4v4 scenario. They would need to balance classes specifically for this mode. Currently the normal siege is already too much to handle balancing wise.

I won't name where because I got a week mute before for it, but somewhere else there was a PvP mode where you queue up up to 10-20 people, randomly split into 2 teams.
Big map, 3 towers to capture by clicking when nearby it, player is stunlocked for 10 seconds until he can capture it (can cancel anytime). The more towers you capture the faster your points go up. First team to 1000 points win.
Similar to Dominion in League of Legends

After 10 minutes a unique miniboss spawns you can kill and grant your whole team a buff for the rest of the game
