Currently Pain Dealer is a bit too slow in application and a bit unclear.
Provided video showcases what it could be made into. The Animation is changed to become a 20-frame attack (which translates to about 1.5 autos of a 100% ATK Speed Knight).
The VFX is changed to clearly showcase that "a target has been marked" with a ring burst of particles and a red, lingering ring under the target, so team mates during PvP can realize who has lower DEF.
It is suggested to give the Skill a 4 Sec cooldown, so that Knights can actually bring utility in PvP & make the skill useful for PvE, as you cna now reliably decrease enemy DEF without sacrificing your DPS to a really long animation.
