Wouldn't it be possible to connect the account to discord or in addition to the email to Facebook. So it would be more difficult for the botters to constantly create new accounts. You could also do it from lvl 60.

Or gala sets up a system that you have to create a gala acc, for example, which is then connected to the flyff acc and from lvl 60 receives a confirmation code via SMS

They'll just make guest accounts. I think they want to leave that an option so it's easy for players to try the game. Maybe they can force players to register after they reach a certain level.

. Gast Account can max lvl up to lvl 30. And all they dislike the idea are All botters.

For a real player it would be a hassle. Botters would just automate the extra steps

I think are there services you can pay for that give you virtual numbers you can use to get confirmation codes

Sorry to burst your bubble but bots are loved by the majority of the community. They are praised by the very cheap materials and dices they provide, and since there is no downsides of having a bot farm, at this point everyone has one! I can almost garantee that you, me, and most other players know someone that owns a bot farm but doesn't admit owning it, bot owners are common and guilds are funded by some degree by them too. There's no punishment, so greed takes over.

Only on a dying game, suggestions to fix the bots problem would be considered and approved, and we are getting closer to that point so maybe your suggestion has a chance to pass, as the bot owners get increasingly more desperate by seeing normal players quitting the game, thus having their power slowly fading away and their botting efforts becoming more and more irrelevant as the days go by.

Bot owners feel powerless if there isn't any poor players, and many of them made enough money from botting to control the ingame market for the next few years anyway, so compared to past bot fixing suggestions from months ago that were denied and clowned on, many times without given reason (including my suggestion - Fixing the bots problem with a PK Virus, which could have been tied to a much needed PK system rework), this time you should get less resistance, as many bot owners already secured their power trip of market domination for the next few years. Most of the suggestions ratios are based on people pushing their own personal agenda anyway, with no care to the implications it brings to the game's health (unless if it shows decline, which we are now witnessing), so i guess there's nothing new in that sense.

I even recall suggestions similar to what you are suggesting being proposed before and they were not accepted, so unless you provide more details as to how this should be implemented, i don't see this suggestion getting approved, even when considering the game's current state.

You can get those numbers for 5 cent or even less in bulk, that's pretty much nothing given how long those bots run (plus you could also fully automate it). Just reduce the economic incentive for botting by diminishing rewards, out competing them with your own bots (scroll of auto-play) or moving away from penya as the main currency. Bots are literally like bitcoin miners, they do proof-of-work (by playing the game) to aquire a virutal currency and then usually turn it into a real currency (RMT). As long as this is sufficiently profitable nothing will stop them.

# still scroll I work for the largest telephone service provider in the world and you can't get...

https://sms-man.com/ for example. You can't get "normal" numbers for that price clearly, but you don't need normal numbers at all to verify bots. These companies just buy thousands of numbers and sell the verification to say WhatsApp, Google, Telegram, etc for each number separately allowing them to be much cheaper than the the actual cost of a single number. In fact as demand for flyff verifications would be so small you could probably get it for less than 5 cents.

For the people who have multiple accounts, how would that work?
1 discord account for multiple flyff accounts?

Wouldn’t that just be one extra step completely automatable to botters and a hassle to actual players?

I don’t know, does not seem to be a proper fix to the botting problem IMHO.
