There is not much you can do in the game except grinding/ dungeons, i think adding crafting job would be a cool thing to do when u don’t want to grind or spam dungeons.
For example : alchemist to craft flask
Minor to craft upcuts
Food craft for gold pills…
old charm
Even crafting mana potion upgraded could be nice, like mana potion 12
Even low version of prem's could be nice ok crafting, and wont be a lost for CS shop

The problem is that you'd need to have a level in the system.
Flyff's biggest issue with collecting/flying/harvesting is that everything is gear based, not level based.
Let different levels craft different things. Make it something you've got to earn.
