PSYKEEPER’s need SELFBUFFS.

Other classes always can rely on the skills of their 1st job to enhance power, besides they get new selfbuffs for their 2nd jobs to power up, Mercenaries (sneaker, blazin sword and smite axe, weapon masteries, empowering element, protection, guard, berserk, rage, heart of fury and pain reflection), Acrobats (bow & yoyo mastery, dark Illusion, fast walker, perfect block, crit swing, enchantments, nature) and Assists (should I even say the skills?) Elementors (Element masteries and an arsenal of different skills to play with, they are in fact one of the classes with most skills and the best class for HnR, around 10 useful skills and now they float too)

Id say create some selfbuffs skills that goes with the theme and here are some ideas;

SoulSacrifice; Maybe a buff like heart of fury for psys that works with mana, damage skills will use a bonus 5% of max mana each time they are used.
SoulStrike *5% mana converted in skill damage
*5% DCT
*5% ATK

PsyShield; (Yes they use shields) it can be something like mercs protection or knights guard, it would help hybrid builds.
*Gives def scaling with STA or magic res scaling with INT.

NullMastery; which would work on adding +10 element into wands and buying element upcuts which nowadays +10 in wands is only for visuals.
*Converts element Atk into an Additional Skill Damage less that Elementors Element Masteries Obviously.

DarkFlux; hp life steal like jester’/ “Enchant Blood”
Or
*Damage received will transform into % mana and mana used will transform into HP

You can create cool names like demonology or satanology or even spirit bomb, more demonic and mind forces themed. Gravity Well was a good skill but I would have named it more like “Inferno Gates” or something like that.

While I'm all for buffing psykeeper's lacking 1v1 damage, all your suggested self buffs also buff psykeeper's already great AoE damage which really isn't needed. If they'd implement these while nerfing Maximum Crisis and Psychic Square to keep it balanced, then I'm down for it.

All in all your skill ideas sound nice, especially the mana interaction stuff seems cool
