Has anyone tried out Ankis speed focus add on? If so what were your results with it in terms of kanji reading speed and card answering speed. I heard this add on is really good so I’m thinking of giving it try.

People like it. I've seen people get good results on it.

That being said, you said something I would like to highlight.

This won't really improve Kanji reading speed all that much.
It will help with recognition speed and reducing time taken in anki, but actual reading will help with Kanji reading speed way more.

ive been using it for about a year

tbh its prevented my anki reps from overunning

sometimes I would spend ages on cards, get distracted etc
