Does Refold have an affiliated group of tutors or teachers? I’m looking to hire one, and I would love to get someone thought highly of by the coaches here.

Finding a tutor that works for you is such a personal thing, so we don't really have anything like that in the community. The Refold company may have something like that available if you pay for their coaching services.
It also really depends on what you're trying to hire a tutor for specifically. There are tutors that specialize in many different things.
