i bought the JP1K deck from the refold website, but it still says unlock on the deck. it just links to refold. is there a way i'm supposed to connect my accounts?

I’m not sure what quantized is, but did you already download the deck from refold’s website?
I’d assume you could just import the deck into anything that reads Anki .apkg files?
If you have not downloaded the deck from refolds site, you’d need to go there, log in with your account (thru which you purchased the deck) and that should give you access to download it
Ping me if that doesn’t work and I can try and screenshot the process

Ahhh, gotcha. I am an Anki user, so didn’t notice that.
I’ll start then by saying, if you’re already using Anki or jpdb, it’s probably not worth switching unless quantized has a specific feature you really want. (They all functionally serve the same purpose, and often not worth the trouble of switching between systems)
If you’re just starting the journey tho, go for whichever one sounds good 🙂
