When I run Whisperx on a file with multiple audio channels (different languages) it picks the default channel. but in this case, that channel is English! How can I flag it to use the other channel instead? Or extract the Japanese audio from the MKV file to use that.

I did specify the language, yes. There was still English scattered throughout, and there was a really weird thing: The Japanese transcription was totally wrong, but the meaning was mostly correct. The last time that happened was because English was the primary channel, and it was transcribing the English dub and then translating it into Japanese. Same thing this time.
