Delete them. You can also suspend, if you're like me and like to have a record of your progress.
You should have a leech detector setting that will save you from your worst mistakes, but you don't have to wait for Anki's "was a leech" message. Get rid of a card the moment it goes bad.
"Oh, this one, I keep forgetting this one." Zap! Gone!
Go immerse, learn many new things, mine the ones that are best: most fun, most interesting, worth remembering (as long as you feel that it's something you'll probably remember).
