there's 2 primary methods for watching anime with jp subs you've downloaded

1. streaming and using ASB player. https://github.com/killergerbah/asbplayer. for streaming the content, there are legal options like crunchyroll. most will recommend aniwatch.to and i will too, as long as youre okay with the illegitimacy.
