Specific Talk Radio Suggestions?

Does anyone have any radio phone-in style talk radio suggestions? I know they're not normally suggested for way past my level but it's mostly for passive listening at work - I figure something like James O'Brien here in the UK would be good because of the following features, assuming there's something similar in Japan:

• There'd be one or two topics over two or three hours, so lots a bit of repetition within a show
• It'd be daily new content
• Over the long term, topics might be revisited so more long term repetition
• The presenters generally talk pretty clearly, even if the caller's can be a bit muffled
• At the very least the repetitive adverts will be more repetition

I found a recommendation of https://www.joqr.co.jp/qr/agdailyprogram/ but I think that's not quite what I'm after, it seems most programs would be too short for me to just have on for a few hours a day, but as I've just looked into this I might give it a shot.

Perhaps building up a list of podcasts to go through would be suitable for your needs. There’s a lot of recommendations for even the bare-bones beginner level in #podcasts

Thanks for the suggestion, I've done that and they're okay, it was more the longer format/spending a while talking with callers about a given topic (usually current events, which helps too) that I was thinking might be more suited to me, I'm aware they might not be a thing in Japan though!

Have you tried Miku’s Real Japanese podcast? You’re looking for longer form, so I’d skip the short episodes, but the conversation episodes seem to check every box you’ve listed except for being 3 hours long. They cover very repetitive/similar sphere topics, so although it’s not exactly the thing you’re looking for it could certainly be a good alternative until you find a good talk show.
