thats not normal, all cards should be on 131% ease

make sure the ease is set to 131% in your deck settings, then use this addon to make all of your cards 131% ease https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/819023663

they will only change if you use the easy or hard buttons when reviewing

you shouldnt be using those buttons if you're using the refold setup
