Audio corrupted on Anki

Hi, some of my audio has gone bad on my anki.
On Windows, some audio is glitching out / has artifacts, on ios anki most audio is corrupted.
Is there a clean way to replace the audio without loosing my progress and forcing a clean sync of media files? I dont know how anki handles media files for synchronization, so im not sure if a simple "force upload" / "force download" would be enough.

Oh, also i forgot to mention, somehow i messed up images as well. I honestly dont know what i did or when i did it...
