#Should I replace audio for premade anki cards containing non-standard pronunciation?

I am a beginner doing the Core 2.3k vocab deck. There are multiple cards that pronounce words with the hard G as NG. For example 最後 (さいご), etc.

I know this pronunciation exists in standard Japanese but isn't it more rare? Is this something I should worry about having on cards at all or is it no big deal?

It's not something to worry about at your stage. It's not worth the time or effort to make substantial changes to a premade deck. You're going to be exposed to a variety of ways to say things in your immersion anyway. By all means, when you start sentence mining, put your preferred audio on your cards
