Currently i mostly lack time - i find the time for my anki throughout the day, a bit passive immersion here and there and one more hour in the evening in most cases.
For this hour - what makes more sense? Sentence mining with intensive immersion or just immersing (free flow)? I think i read somewhere about a quota / ratio, but this seems not always applicable (also i dont remember where i read it, somewhere on the guide i guess?)

Intensive can help with vocabulary, but you acquire the bulk of the language in freeflow. If you do nothing but Intensive you really won't acquire the language tbh

Thank you, ill try that. I dont want to miss out on one or the other, especially since i have more fun doing intensive than free flow 😄
Roughly one hour, yes. Sometimes a bit more, sometimes not even that... (well, sh** happens)
I need 40-60 minutes for one "easy" episode (according to jpdb level) and do only one EP per day because I may get too much new cards on anki ^^

I wouldn't do this tbh. The bulk of your time needs to be freeflow.
40 minutes freeflow and 20 minutes for anki and intensive is a better approach. You need to get freeflow in with the intensive or you just waste all that time
That won't help. You'll forget the vast majority of what you do in intensive because you don't have immediate repeated exposure
This is more viable
You do the intensive first, then jump to freeflow. You have immediate exposure to what you studied
That's different if you have more time, you can always go back and immerse more after the intensive. Think about it this way, if I told you to study for a test but I gave you a study guide after the test was over, you probably only got a couple of answers correct from what you paid attention to. If you have the guide before the test, you'll remember more and score higher.
