To figure out why Yomichan doesn't add audio to your cards I'd need a bit more information. First off, Yomichan only adds audio that has been loaded/played, meaning you have to play audio in the Yomichan window first. Could you try creating a card after playing the audio first?

The workflow of the ShareX setup I'm assuming you're using is to create a card with Yomichan (which should add word audio automatically, if audio has played in the Yomichan window first like I mentioned before and Yomichan has been configured correctly), and then you record sentence audio with ShareX that should be automatically added to the card you just created, so to me it sounds like it's working as it's supposed to. Rather than trying to rework the workflow and record both word audio and sentence audio with ShareX I think it might be easier in the long run to just try to figure out why Yomichan doesn't add the audio
Do you think you could send a screenshot of the Yomichan Anki configuration and a picture of your Anki note type with its fields?

If Yomichan creates a card without audio then it's probably because Yomichan doesn't have any audio to export or Yomichan doesn't know where to export it
And just to confirm, Yomichan doesn't export the audio even if you've already played it before?
