I've just recently went from stage 2A to 2B and I should be increasing the difficulty of my immersion as I continue but I don't really understand what it means to make it more difficult or what I should actually do for this. Can someone help with this?

It's hard to answer your question when you don't mention what you're already doing.
But as a general piece of advice, if you're currently immersing in content aimed at little kids or for learners specifically, you'll want to do less of that and aim for content that's more age appropriate and is authentic content for natives rather than for language learners.
