#4090 RDP display issue

Take your time, I am going to type up other symptoms
So the screen black out problem has persisted for some 6 months now. But it's not the only type of crash
The pc also somtimes just shuts itself down. And cannot be rebooted unless I give it some 10 minutes to cool down or something.
During which time if I try and boot it, it just powers up for a bit (cpu fans spin up alongisde rgb lights) then shuts it self back down
The motherboard of the pc previously had issus too, where the onboard 10g interface at one point stopped showing up in device managers.
But after a few weeks it fixed itself
Have you tried a different PCI E slot
Nope. I supposed I could try that
I am running the 2080 right now on the same slot though
Running 2077 on the background to stress it right now
Just objectively, if you had to pick between the gpu, the motherboard, or the psu, who would you think is the culprit?
I think it is probably the mobo as if kbm are working but no display suggests PSU is probably fine as they should fully trip CPU is probably good good therefore pcie slot/control in the case of controller would explain the 10 gig problem therefor GPU should be good
