rror: fwrite() call failed when writing frame: 3, plane: 0, errno: 32
Output 16 frames in 2.78 seconds (5.76 fps)
Warning: Core freed but 5 filter instance(s) still exist

sys:1: RuntimeWarning: An environment is getting collected without calling EnvironmentPolicyAPI.destroy_environment(). This skips some lifecycle callbacks (e.g. register_on_destroy). This might cause libraries to misbehave.
i'm not 100% on what causes this - reposting my generic advice since it seems to fix it, would be good if you could tell me what caused it so i can narrow it down though
try disabling gpu encoding/decoding/interpolation and also pre-interpolation, if that works, you can try turning them back on one by one to figure out what's the cause - i'm not sure
as far as the multiple blur installs thing goes if it works it works, it should be fine as long as your lib folder contains everything it should
