Set preset to p1, multipass mode to single pass, and uncheck psycho visual tuning (or whatever the other option is called on your version) and look-ahead

If that still doesn’t work, set profile to baseline

This won’t impact quality whatsoever but your file sizes may increase slightly

Also, just so you’re aware, diminishing returns for CQP hit around 15-18, so going as low as 7 is pointless and you’ll just have massive files
