teknos blur 1.8 renders look way worse than the video please help

this was the blur i saw on the video

and this was the finished render

I have all the same settings as him

240 fps, OBS settings

I even launch OBS as admin

and it doesnt just happens on that specific config

almost every config i use looks so bad

i record on 240 fps

i tried going to 60 fps

and still looks bad

please help
