That bar will happen if you’re not in fullscreen. You should be playing in fullscreen if you use Game Capture

Don’t use CBR at that level, try CQP at level 18
For performance reasons:

The level is just a scale for quality level, which goes from 0-30 typically. The lower the value, the better the quality will likely be, but in turn the bigger file size.
That’s merely for file size efficiency. It won’t make a difference in terms of visual quality (if any, it’s very negligible), but you will have higher file size
However the lower the preset value, the more headroom we have for higher FPS
Last thing I wanted to mention:
Don’t use 244. Always be in multiples of whatever FPS you decide to sample down to
Example: If you sample to 60 FPS, do multiples of 60,
Simply put: Even frames
