Use a lower blur amount

There’s only a certain amount of blurframes per frame you can have (127)

Record in 240 fps with lunar motion blur set to 8

Then (in blur) disable interpolation, set the output fps to 30, blur amount to 1.0, and weighting to equal

Interpolate to some number like 1920 or 1440 or whatever

It won’t look as good though

Your recording isn’t in 709 limited

Check obs advanced settings
