Changed some obs settings and now the video has demonitised itself

basically I changed a good few settings in the advice recording tab/ stream settings and also made my recording frame rate 240 from 60 and now the footage looks really bad (see attached photo)

is there a reset to default button for obs

just use the settings everyone uses #⚫｜obs

there is a script to apply them all if you're lazy.
