have u tried reinstalling your driver

open task manager

and find the file location of that hd quality window

do me a favor and use nvcleaninstall to install your drivers

do you have ddu on your machine

make sure display driver is only checked

#

select hd audio if you use audio over hdmi

you want to run ddu before reinstalling the driver

my bad, i forgot to instruct what to do

  1. boot into safe mode, type shutdown /r /t 0 /f /o into windows + run
  2. follow this path Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart
  3. in safe mode, use ddu to wipe all existing nvidia drivers
  4. reboot (ddu should do this for you.)
  5. install the nvidia driver

then gpu

then hit clean and restart

what we are doing, is wiping all instances of any nvidia drivers off your system

never had that happen with me

since i just install the display driver

once you are back in normal windows

#

show your task manager startup items

#

now reinstall the driver
