I've tried a lot of things and hours of googling. My focus assist turns on by itself, is there maybe any way to see if an application turns it on or a focus assist log?

you can effectively disable the notification services if you want

#

In CMD as an administrator.
Disable:

sc config WpnService start=disabled
sc config WpnUserService start=disabled

Enable:

sc config WpnService start=demand
sc config WpnUserService start=demand

It must be an application that is controlling it
Or a bugged rule, cuz I dont get notifciations from Brave for example
