Vegas pro 18 audio timeline error

I have this problem that when i open a video i dont have the sound, like the timeline of the audio dont appear, i record my clips with bandicam in avi and the audio recorded in mp3, please help 😦

but why use bandicam over OBS?

i tried using obs but i have a gt730 and intelcore 2 duo so when i record i can get stable fps but the video looks very bad, idk why, maybe u can help me w some config for low end pc?
