clear your temp, uninstall lossless cut completely, then try using the portable version

You can use it to look through and see where losslesscut folder are

Or just use the portable version of lossless cut

You should only need to delete that folder at the bottom

Extract it to some place like your desktop

Then run LosslessCut.exe

Try exporting it now, with the settings you posted

Look about 5 or 6 files to the right

Those files with the original file name + a bunch of numbers are the trimmed filws
