An option is to move the arterial back a bit to leave for more space

Here is an alternative design. The red squares represent interesctions where the arterial is connected to the N/S highway with service ramps. The arterial goes underneath the N/S highway and connects with the E/W highway only servicing traffic coming from the E and leaving towards the W.

There are many other designs you can compose, but keep in mind that not every movement needs to be facilitated. The arterial and the E/W highway come from/go to the same direction, so there is likely no need to provide what essentially is a 'u-turn' movement.

Are you wedded to keeping it as a trumpet?

#

And if so, this particular trumpet...? Because a double trumpet may be doable...

So, I have two double trumpets on my current map. One is a system interchange courtesy of the map creator. The other is a service interchange I created for my (under construction airport). I think that together they will give an idea of what I am thinking and help make sense of the scribbles from my phone...

Keep in mind that you are probably going to end up rebuilding the original trumpet to provide a bit more space to make this work...

And NMT makes life much easier building one of these in a tight spot like this.
