I for some reason think the real professional planner role should be higher than CS Expert. Feels dumb at a thread to have the side bar say:

Indeed, a person doing that in real life should be more important than someone just doing it on a game

This server is first about the game. There are detours to real planning, but the main focus is the game. So in my eyes it is more important, especially in the cs-help-center someone knows about the game than just started to learn real professional planing
I see no reason to change that the CS-expert role is higher than the real professional planer. Feels completely right to me (disclaimer I am none of it. )

Yeah, in CS help center it does make sense. At the planning related channels, not so much

Yes, for those under "Planner's stuff" the change of order would make sense. But only there, because the channel is just more about the game and less about real planning and the problems real planners have. And even there, the most things discussed in urban-planning and transportation planning are in my eyes more about thought and views "normal" people have about that problems.
But if the order of roles could be defined according to where the discussion is, that might be a thing to be considered.
