What is the problem? Is that the first asset you try to use from the workshop? Do you have CS on steam?
yes, the asset was from the steam workshop, but no i have cs on epic
On Epic, well I have no idea how this could be done then. I am sorry.
Perhaps you should ask on Epic. I have read that there lately were some problems, but perhaps they have been solved now.
Here's a tutorial on youtube I found: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbX_S-3vt1k

If you downloaded Cities: Skylines for free from the Epic Games launcher, you may want to install mods or use assets on that version. Without direct access to the Steam Workshop, downloading Cities: Skylines mods for the Epic Launcher ...
Though it seems like the Stem Workshop Downloaders are currently broken for CS?
Let me test it...
It "works" but probably won't be the latest version of that mod. It seems like they're using some sort of archive since they can't get it directly from Steam?
yea the i’ve seen that video like a thousand times, no luck
well it’s not just regular mods
those work fine, but it’s the actual roads that don’t seem to work
To which folder do you put the roads?
They, like all local assets, are supposed to be put to the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods
you download them with workshop downloader and put them in the assets folder, NOT THE MOD FOLDER
roads are assets
you put the .crp (or whatever extension they are) files into the folder (the appdata one) without using any sub-folders
I only got CS on Steam recently and this is how I did it on the EGS version.
Worked 95% of the time
also make sure they are enabled in the content manager once you download them
ok i put them in the assets folder
