When loading a map (102k population i have all mods needed) it never loads it gets 3 quarters of the way there then it won't load any more. The bird keeps going round and i can still here the music but it wont load.

If LSM didn't fix it, you probably need to increase the size of your pagefile, because I suspect you were running out of available system memory...

Also send the output and TMPE logs from [steam folder]\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data\

Also get the Loading Screen Mod, enable logging, load the city and get the log from the path displayed in its settings
