This is a bit random, but the CFL stadium never really sat right with me. It feels way too small to be a CFL stadium. The average size for a CFL stadium is around 30,000. If you take a look at some of the stadiums out west, they're all incredible stadiums with beautiful architecture (Mosaic Stadium, Princess Auto Stadium). The current stadium looks like it would better fit the CPL (Canadian Premier League); we have to take a mulligan somewhere. Maybe the stadium gets redeveloped and becomes host to both a CFL and CPL team (also done at Hamilton Stadium, Princess Auto Stadium, and BC Place), but something has to be done, especially if you're trying to convince the league to add a new team, a lot of CPL teams having been around since early 1900s to 1940s, the newest team was created in 1954. A good comparison to adding a new team would probably be the Atlantic Schooners, where the idea for an Atlantic Team has been thrown around for decades. The number one reason it hasn't happened is a lack of funds and stadiums. I'd love to see some new assets incorporated to build a new stadium, possibly adding a CPL team to the Bend area, considering soccer is the fastest-growing sport in America.

I feel like someone could make a dedicated stadium or something like that

Rn I think the only option is the stadium from More Parks which is again just not big enough for the team
