most of it is gone now
and the water has returned to being clean
but my hospital capacity is 500 in a city of 23,000
I put more into developement then I did medical
My population has dropped to 19,000
I have a -2,126 rep
14,000 population
on the other hand
Water is now good, and I just spammed 60 ambulances

My coastal is flooding

Can't do too much while it's happening, could add some defenses later and look at places where it's safest to rebuild
Adding some canals could help get rid of the water quicker perhaps as well

its not too much flooding though.

only goes a bit inland
