I've had this main road into the city for a while now and its gotten bad in traffic, last tuesday on stream I put in this roundabout from the builder mod, then added 3 one way roads on the outsides, not very pleased with it and I don't like the 12 lane roads from big roads but traffic has backed up for a while now even before the roundabout, need some pointers.

Can you zoom out so we can look at the broader network? I feel like you may be channeling too much traffic through this intersection but I can't check

use tmpe force the ai to go to the nodes

you can use game anarchy to get riddof pollution entirely btw
and use toggleit to hide the radiation thing
how much is your industry specialised industry? not regular commercial goods industry

to be fair on my side, I'm very new to the mods and the game as a whole, I've watched CPP's videos to get the help, I'll try game anarchy.
I've got 5 stars on each one, then had to make generalized ones with farms, oil, ore & wood. the goods problems is only in the green city region.
I don't have toggleit installed, as I'm new to the mods

Don't use timed traffic lights on a roundabout use the yield signs
In traffic manager there is a way to properly set a roundabout up use that
There is also a way to let the traffic to continue through the junctions leading up to the roundabout in the road restrictions section of tmpe
