It happen due to some mod I think, when you save a game with an existing name this can happen

Since then I been saving my games each time with unique name and it dont happen any more

this bug can happen without mods

#

retarting the program usually fixes it (if you play without mods you can just reload without quitting to desktop)

(this is before you replied @languid sun )ok so i basically went through and loaded the game removing 1 mod at a time. and it still didnt work. so after that. i just unsubscribed, and reinstalled the game.

i have no idea how to fix this..

ive reinstalled the game,

started a new city just to see if the save was corrupted.

ive restarted it about 50 times

im gonna verify the game files.

it's a very common issue, there should be plenty of potential solutions that turn up in a web search.

the solution i found was to reload your save. like yall were talking about.

but your not supposed to 2ndload with mods
