Hey i saw the video from CPP where he showed how to fix this issue but i cant find the video for some reason xD

what issue? there's a lot of train traffic here but I cannot specifically tell what your issue is

There are trains on every single train track on thw whole map

you could maybe save the game, and then despawn all the train traffic to reset them, and find out where the blockage starts as the trains reappear
