This would be awesome but maybe a little difficult in vanilla. It is possible because I have previously made one but it took a lot of work to get the canals and water just right without flooding the neighborhood. I amnsure with Phil's expertise it wouldn't be an issue though.

Yes definitely i think make the connections bridges so they are interconnected so you could boat in the waters

Great idea! Would love to see Phil implement a canal neighborhood. Bridges would make it easier to do so that the canals can be connected as one body of water.
