Pollution Around industry and garbage

First the downtown needs garbage and i want to put a garbage place (bad english) but if put it there i will male pollition idk where to put can anyone help

About the pollution of industry:
I uset this policy to minimizethe pollution of the buildings. It does such a good job, that I was able to zone industry near my downtown
